Haringey Employment and Skills Team
The Haringey Employment and Skills Team is based at the Neighbourhood Resource Centre in Northumberland Park. and is the core service of the Haringey Guarantee.
Your Haringey Guarantee advisor will be able to work with you to help understand and address your individual employment needs, overcome barriers in your job search, and arrange guaranteed job interviews with employers when you feel ready.
On registration with your Haringey Guarantee advisor you will be offered:
- an opportunity to talk about your skills and experience, and what kind of work you want
- support matching your interests and experience to occupations and possible employers
- help compiling your CV
- tips and support with your job search
- help completing job application forms
- training and help with your interview preparation
- benefits advice
- help in finding affordable quality childcare
- the option of sourcing a suitable work placement to build your CV and available references
- An opportunity to attend business culture workshops
