A4e Offender Learning and Skills

A4e deliver one-to-one support to all clients with an offending history to improve their chances of getting a job. This includes helping to prepare CVs, giving advice on how to disclose offending to employers, advising on interview technique and giving ongoing one-to-one support with job search.

A4e work in partnership with London Probation, and any ex-offender can ask their probation officer to make a referral to A4e if they are unemployed or want career advice.

A4e are dedicated to improving people’s lives through training and jobs in order to reduce re-offending.
