There are a range of providers working as part of the Haringey Guarantee to deliver high quality services to residents to help address their individual needs, overcome barriers to employment, and arrange guaranteed job interviews with employers.

Crèche at KIS - If you want a career in childcare, get an accredited qualification, along with information, advice and guidance on improving your employability skills and support in finding a job. Free crèche is provided for parents attending the course.

Employment Action Network - Work-focused one-to-one support and job brokerage to help you get back into employment. Available at West Green Learning Centre, Northumberland Park Neighbourhood Resource Centre, and Noel Park Children's Centre.

From School Gates to Salaries -  A tailored programme of employability training and support to find local, flexible work for women with children interested in returning to part-time work.

Haringey At Work - One-to-one support and job brokerage delivered at Tottenham Customer Service Centre, The Traingle Children's Centre and Marcus Garvey Library.

Tackling Worklessness at Northumberland Park School - Work experience and work based learning opportunities for Northumberland Park School pupils at Key Stage 4 students at risk of not being in education, employment or training on leaving school.

Pre-volunteering - Train for an accredited qualification in Volunteering, and get a guaranteed interview to be a volunteer at the 2012 London Olympics Games. Focussing on customer service, health and safety, and equality and diversity, you will also receive high quality mentoring, impartial advice and support finding further volunteering and employment opportunities.

Security Industry Authority Employment Support - For a career in the security industry, get free nationally recognised training. Work towards the Security Industry Authority (SIA) accredited certificate, and receive employability support, employer engagement and additional information, advice and guidance.

Working for Health - Information, advice and employment support if you are living with a health problem or disability that has affected your ability to work. Operates at local GP surgeries and also at St. Ann’s Hospital.

Work Placements for Employment - Improve your range of work experience and build up your CV with coordinated voluntary work and volunteering placements with local organisations. After assessing your skills and interests, you will be matched to a placement opportunity that best suits you.

Workstep  - Employment support if you have a disability or health problem. Workstep offers support to people who are out of work and looking for a job, as well as tailored in-work support to help people who feel they are at risk of losing their jobs as a result of their disability or health problem.
