Call for Sites Consultation

This consultation on the Call For Sites closed on 10 May 2013. The Council will now carry out an assessment of all submissions received and will update as appropriate.

The Site Allocations Document will set out the location, scale and timeframes for the key sites that will shape the borough over the next 15-20 years.

The council welcomed the submission of sites that interested parties believe have the potential to make a positive contribution to the future of the borough. These included (but were not limited to):

• Sites that were able to make a contribution to the borough’s housing stock
• Sites that were able to accommodate jobs and benefit Haringey’s local economy
• Sites that need to provide the infrastructure required to accommodate growth in the borough
• Sites with the potential to enhance the shopping, recreation, leisure and amenity of the borough and its local areas

At the same time we also consulted on the draft Development Management Policies - DPD. See the Development Management Policies DPD webpage for more details. This consultation also closed on the 10 May 2013.
