Annual Monitoring Report

An Annual Monitoring Report is published each year setting out progress on the Local Development Framework and its policies as indicated in the timetable and milestones set out in the Local Development Scheme. Its production meets the requirements of Section 35 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 and Regulation 48 of Town and Country Planning (Local Development) (England) Regulations 2004.

The 2008/09 AMR was submitted to Government Office on 18 December 2009. The AMR covers the period 1 April 2008 – 31 March 2009.

The  report is available to download in the attached files section below, alongside the 2004/05, 2005/06, 2006/07 and 2007/08 reports.
