If you require a site plan as part of your planning application, you can now purchase one through our Ordnance Survey (OS) partner "Centre Maps".

In addition to site plans specifically required for your planning application, Centre Maps can provide you with the following:

1. All scales of the most up-to-date and accurate Ordnance Survey Mapping
2. Height information
3. Geological mapping from British Geological Survey

When purchasing site plans for a planning application please ensure they:

• Are to a scale of 1:1250 and show a north point
• Show the boundary of the application site outlined in red
• Show any part of the site in different ownership
• Show any adjoining land in the applicants ownership outlined in blue
• Show the street names and numbers of surrounding properties
