Properties for Sale

The Council owns a wide range of properties throughout the borough, and over time some of them become surplus to requirements. These properties are usually sold by auction or tender. The Council also sells some land directly to housing associations to help increase the provision of social housing.

Below is a list of properties we currently have for sale.

For sale by informal tender: The Property is a large end of terrace 2-storey Victorian house c.1890s. The property stands on a large plot measuring 0.066ha was previously occupied as a house of multiple occupation and is in need of full internal refurbishment.

Haringey Council is working in Partnership with Newlon Housing Trust to secure the refurbishment and redevelopment of Tottenham Town Hall and the former Clyde Road Depot. A range of uses for the Town Hall is being discussed and are ongoing. For further information see the external links section below.
