We provide a number of services to landlords who have properties ready to let or empty properties they would like to bring back in to use for residential purposes.

Letting your property

If you are a private landlord or agent looking to let your property please see the Haringey Home Finder Scheme leaflet (see attached files section below). The information includes details about the generous incentive payments available for landlords as well as the help we can give you to let your property.

Empty properties

If you are a private owner of an empty residential property and you want to bring it back in to use, we can off you information and advice on repairs (including grants for necessary works) getting planning permission and letting properties.
