A rundown nightclub will be turned into high-quality student accommodation as part of Tottenham's regeneration, councillors agreed last night.
Planning permission could be needed in most parts of Haringey next year to convert a family home into a house for multiple tenants (HMO).
A rogue landlord who illegally converted two family homes into self-contained flats has been ordered to repay some of his rental profits.
