Housing Strategy and Performance Division
The Housing Strategy and performance division has a focus across the whole service and plays a leading role in ensuring that housing issues are a key part of the strategic agenda for the borough.
The team leads on the development and monitoring of the housing strategy, ensuring it is considered “fit for purpose” by the Government Office for London (GOL). We also represent housing on corporate, partnership and sub-regional forums, developing strategy and delivering regeneration.
The two key areas of work delivered by the division are:
Strategy and Partnerships
This team covers strategy and policy development, the delivery of partnerships, communications, and consultation.
Performance and Quality Assurance
This team covers performance monitoring, the completion of statutory returns and the delivery of quality policies and procedures.
