Grants

Financial assistance is available from the council to assist property owners in the private sector bring long-term empty properties back in to use. This assistance is discretionary and dependent on funding.

Decent Homes Grants

Grants are currently available to vulnerable owner occupiers for issues of disrepair affecting your property or for he installation of old and or faulty boiler, thermal insulation and or faulty heating systems.
