What is it?

An Intermediate rent is a rent where you pay between approximately 70%-80% of the ‘market’ rent charged by a private landlord.

Who can apply?

This scheme is for key workers applying for key worker funded homes. Even if you are a key worker in the UK on a temporary worker permit, you may be eligible for an intermediate rent home.

Where are these properties?

There is a limited number of affordable properties to rent in the north London sub-region (Haringey, Barnet, Camden, Enfield, Islington and Westminster), but more units are being developed each year.
