Council policy you should know

Important information about the Lettings policy

It is a legal requirement that every housing authority must have a published, accessible Lettings Policy. We have been working on a new Lettings Policy since August 2006 and after undertaking a major consultation with a wide variety of individuals and groups, it is now completed. You can download a copy in the attached files section below.

Homes for Haringey Lettings standard

Homes for Haringey was set up as an arms length management organisation in April 2006 to manage over 20,000 council owned properties.

Every council property should be clean and in a good state of repair when you move in. The Homes for Haringey Lettable Standard sets out what you can expect.

You can download a copy in the attached files section below. Homes for Haringey can be contacted on 0800 195 3404 (8am - 6pm, Monday - Friday).
