Street Sweeping

Street cleansing and refuse collection services are provided by the Council in partnership with Haringey Enterprise.

The main roads of the borough are almost all swept on a daily basis, often more than once per day. Residential roads are normally swept once per week, although some are swept more often.

Any dumps and flytips on the borough’s roads are cleared by Haringey Enterprise who aim to clear them within 24 hours of being told.

When will my street be swept?

If you would like to find out which day your street is swept, please see the Street Sweeping Schedule page on the Haringey Enterprise website - see the external links section below. You will need to select Street Sweeping from the drop-down menu (which will normally say Household Refuse Collection when you first arrive on the page).

If you would like to report a problem with dumped rubbish that requires clearance, or problems with general street cleanliness, please use our report a problem page or contact the Haringey Enterprise Call Centre:

Reporting problems
