Resident Parking Permit Renewals

Renew your resident parking permit online

If your vehicle or personal details have changed, you cannot renew your resident permit online. Instead you will need to apply for your permit by post, or email or visit one of our customer service centres.

Please ensure that you pay any outstanding Penalty Charge Notices or that you challenge the PCN before renewing your permit. If you have any outstanding PCNs that have not been paid and are not currently being challenged, you will not be able to renew your permit.

Please note that you can only renew your permit online or by post.

By proceeding with this application I certify that my details have not changed since my last application, and that any parking permit issued to me in respect of the vehicle has to be surrendered to the council in the event of any of the following:

  • I am no longer a resident of the CPZ for which the permit has been issued
  • I have sold, otherwise disposed of, or no longer use the vehicle shown on the permit
  • The council cancels or asks me to send back the permit or
  • The permit stops being valid for any reason.
