Car Parks

Haringey Council operates nine car parks across Haringey.

Bury Road Multi-Storey Car Park, Wood Green Town Centre, N22
Westerfield and Brunswick Road, N15
Crouch Hall Road, N8
Stoneleigh Road and Somerset Road, N17
Summerland Gardens, N10

Stoneleigh Road Car Park has been ranked amongst the safest in the UK following major engineering works. It was the first car park in our borough to receive the Park Mark Safer Parking accreditation after its three car parks were re-designed with new lighting columns and an information board.

Street Wardens along with Civil Enforcement Officers (formerly Parking Attendants) regularly monitor all our car parks.

Free Parking During Christmas

There will be free parking in all of the above car parks during December in the weekends leading up to Christmas, and from 22 to 28 December 2008.

Park Mark Scheme

The scheme is run by the Association of Chief Police Officers (ACPOs) and is given to parking areas that have achieved the requirements of a risk assessment as conducted by the Police. These requirements mean the parking operator has put in place measures that help to deter criminal activity and anti-social behaviour, thereby doing everything they can to prevent crime and reduce the fear of crime in their parking area.
