Pre-Business Plan Reviews 2010-11

The council’s business units complete Pre-Business Plan Reviews (PBPRs) as part of the business planning process.

Each review:

• Sets out progress against the current year's objectives, performance targets and budget
• Identifies the factors that will affect the work of the business unit in the next three years
• Sets out proposals for the years ahead including details of revenue savings and investment proposals and a summary of capital investment bids.

The complete set of PBPR documents contains over 590 pages and has therefore been split into 6 sections to make it easier to download. See the attached files section at the bottom of the page to download copies.
