Asset Management Plan
The Asset Management Plan deals mainly with the Council’s property assets.
It looks at how the assets support achievement of the Council’s objectives and the services it provides and sets out principles, priorities and action to ensure the assets are used and managed as efficiently and effectively as possible.
The Plan is reviewed annually to take account of any changes in the Council’s objectives or priorities.
