Race

The Race Relation Act makes racial discrimination unlawful in employment, training and related matters, in education, in the provision of goods, facilities and services, and in the disposal and management of premises.

The Act gives individuals a right of direct access to the civil courts and industrial tribunals for legal remedies for unlawful discrimination.
