Haringey Council online payments
Welcome to the new Haringey online payments system
The new Haringey online payments system is now live. We apologise for the required downtime to upgrade our systems, however, we trust that you will find the new system just as easy to use.
As there are a number of new security features and cosmetic changes, we would suggest that all users take time to familiarise themselves with the new screens and read the updated Security Standards, FAQ's (Common Questions) and most importantly, the new Help page.
We would also like to remind users of the payments and card types that are acceptable, which are listed below.

A secure payment web page will open in a new window where you can use your credit or debit card to pay:
- Council Tax
- Business Rates (Non Domestic Rates)
- Housing Rent
- Haringey Council Invoices (including Leasehold Service Charges)
- Haringey Council Reminders and Final Demands
- Overpayment of Housing Benefit
- Commercial Rent
Please note we cannot currently accept Parking payments online. For more information see paying parking fines.
The following credit or debit cards are accepted in Haringey:

Maestro - Mastercard - Solo - Visa Credit - Visa Debit (formerly Delta) and Visa Electron

Alternatively, you can make regular automatic Direct Debit payments by printing, completing and returning forms for: Housing Rent (PDF, 56KB), or Council Tax and Business Rates (PDF, 418KB).
Payments can also be made using either our 24/7 ATP (Automated Telephone Payments) Service (0845 0701414), Call Centre (Monday - Friday 8am to 6pm) or in person at the Haringey Payment Service, should the Web Service be unavailable.
In addition you can also make payments at a large number of PayPoint outlets for Council Tax and Housing Rent using your allpay Payment Card, details of which can be found on the allpay page.
Planning applications and Building Control applications can also be submitted with a payment. Details can be found under the Planning and Building Control sections.
Terms and conditions
- Haringey only accepts the Credit and Debit Cards specified above.
- Your payment will take a minimum of 24 hours to be credited to your account. This includes time to verify your card details with your card supplier and for payment to be notified to the Council.
- We cannot accept liability for a payment not reaching the intended account due to a customer quoting an incorrect reference number.
- We cannot accept liability if payment is refused or declined by the card supplier.
- If the card supplier declines payment, the Council is under no obligation to bring this fact to the customer's attention. Customers should check with their card supplier to ensure that payment has been deducted from their relevant account.
- Please note that we can only accept single payments up to £7,500 online. Above this amount you will need to contact our Call Centre.
- Due to end of day processing, this service will not be available between 10pm and 11pm every evening.
- Users should note that any payments in process after the 10pm deadline need to be completed by 10.05pm.
