Annual Telephone Surveys
Telephone surveys are carried out each year, usually in June. In the surveys approximately 1000 users who have been in recent contact with the service are contacted and interviewed to gauge customer satisfaction, customer care levels and any other information needed at the time of the survey to support future service development.
The 2007 survey was carried out in June 2007.
Customer satisfaction

The result for 2007 has settled back from the record high of 2006.
Customer care
Satisfaction with the levels of customer care provided by the service were all maintained or improved on those for the previous year.
The 2006 customer care results ranged between 86% and 93%.
