All services are now accessible using one telephone number, please call 020 8489 1000 for assistance.

The Call Centre is open Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm.

People with communications difficulties can access the service using the RNIB Typetalk service. From your phone call 18001 followed by the phone number from the list above that you require and you will be connected via a Typetalk operator to a Customer Service Officer.
