The Call Centre hours are 9am to 5pm - closed at weekends.

People with communications difficulties can access the service using the RNIB Typetalk service. From your phone call 18001 followed by the phone number from the list above that you require and you will be connected via a Typetalk operator to a Customer Service Officer.

Switchboard - telephone - 020 8489 0000

The Switchboard is open Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5pm.
