Compliments and Suggestions
You can make a compliment or suggestion using whatever method you wish including:
- by completing a feedback form online
- in person to any reception point or the relevant service officer
- by filling in and returning the tear-out feedback form in the leaflet about our Feedback Procedure available at all Council Offices
- by letter
- by telephone
- by fax
- by email
The Council's Complaints Officers can help you with translations, interpreting, audiotape, signing and Braille facilities. Also, each department has a minicom/textphone number for people with hearing or speech impairments.

The contact details depend on which service your compliment or suggestion relates to. Each council Directorate has its own complaints team, which also handles compliments and suggestions made through the Council’s feedback scheme.
