Providing feedback about Haringey Services

You can provide feedback using whatever method you wish including:

  • by completing a feedback form online
  • in person to any reception point or the relevant service officer
  • by filling in and returning the tear-out feedback form in the leaflet about our Feedback Procedure available at all Council Offices
  • by letter
  • by telephone
  • by fax
  • by email

To provide feedback by letter, phone, fax or email:

The contact details depend on which service you wish to provide feedback about. Each council Directorate has its own complaints team.

You can also make phone complaints, compliments or suggestions about any service to one number, 0845 034 1000. Details will be passed to the appropriate department who will then reply to you.

Do you need help providing feedback?

The Council's Complaints Officers can help you with translations, interpreting, audiotape, signing and Braille facilities. Also, each department has a minicom/textphone number for people with hearing or speech impairments.

You may be able to get help from your local Councillor, Member of Parliament, a specialist advice agency such as the Citizens’ Advice Bureau, or a specialist organisation such as Age Concern, MIND, or Voice for the Child in Care. Please contact one of our Complaints Officers if you would like more information about organisations that can help you.
