Accessing Learning and Development through Haringey Council
Short Courses
Haringey Council is able to offer a number of places on their internal courses to voluntary sector organisations.
Examples of courses that can be accessed include:
- Information Technology
- Time and Stress Management
- Introduction to Customer Focus
- Managing Health and Safety
- Achieving Equalities and Valuing Diversity
- and more
Full details of all courses available can be found through the PDF copy of Development and Learning Courses in the attached files section below. Please note that the short course brochure is over 4MB in size and may take some time to download on slower internet connections.
Fees for these courses are £125 per person, per day.

A number of places are also available on the Springboard (for women) and Navigator (for men), professional and personal development programmes designed to help non-managers reach their full potential.
Both programmes start in September and comprise four one-day workshops spread over four months. If you want to assess your skills and abilities and decide on the next steps for your development, then these are the programmes for you.
