Haringey's Compact 'Working Better Together' available to download

Haringey Compact was launched with a fanfair on 21 June 2006 at the Cypriot Centre.

The following are now available for download:

  • 10 step Compact mini guide. This document is a quick reference guide about Compacts and Haringey's Compact - 'Working Better Together (mini compact)'
  • 'Working Better Together' - Haringey's Three Year Work Plan 2006 - 2009. This supports the effective delivery and implementation of Haringey's Compact (action plan)

Signatories to Haringey's Compact

  • 59 voluntary, community and faith groups have signed up to the Compact.
  • 6 Public Sector agencies including Haringey Council, The Teaching Primary Care Trust, (TPCT), The College of North East London (CONEL), Metropolitan Police and Fire Brigade.

If you have not already signed up to the Compact and would like to be a member of Haringey's Compact please complete a pledge card which can be found in the attached files section below.

Who has managed the process?

The Compact development process has been managed by the Haringey Compact Working Group (HCWG), a multi agency steering group. They have also been responsible for drafting the Compact. The Haringey Compact Implementation Group will replace the HCWG.
