Mixed Messages

This was the first in a series exhibitions showcasing the work of local artmakers with learning disabilities in collaboration with H.A.I.L. (Haringey Association of Independent Living) who run this new local cafe.

Using The Artscope Studio in South Tottenham as a base,and drawing inspiration from the work of the Dadaist art movement, four artmakers from Artscope; Neil Fletcher, Shameer Patel, Floyd Chance and Mark Leslie, explored how found objects can be reused and manipulated, reworked and transformed into new collaged forms.
