Mobile Library and Housebound Service

Bringing the world to you

Mobile library

The new Mobile Library Service is now available for the residents of Haringey. It carries a range of popular fiction and non-fiction books, toys, films, music and talking books for older people, young children and for their parents and carers. The vehicle is especially designed with disability access.

This service makes fortnightly visits to children's centres, sheltered housing schemes, residential homes and several street sites across the borough.

You can also download a copy of the new Mobile Library timetable from the Attached Files section at the bottom of this page.

  • Week 1 is every other week commencing 1 March 2010
  • Week 2 is every other week commencing 8 March 2010

Note: The Mobile Library Service now includes the Baby Bus and Toy Bus (Toy Library) services.
