Tennis coaching courses

Red (4-7 years)
Children are introduced to the basics of tennis and developing movement, co-ordination and ball skills. Take part in fun activities and play short matches and team competitions on mini-courts with low compression tennis balls.

Orange (8-9 years)
Children learn new shots and focus on tennis technique to help them rally on a bigger court with low compression tennis balls. Competition includes slightly longer matches as part of a team.

Green (10-12 years)
This is the final stage in preparing children for full tennis and will focus on developing tennis technique, tactics as well as fundamental athletic skills.

Teen (13-18 years)
Tennis played on the whole courts with adult balls and equipment for all standards.

Beginner adult group coaching
An introduction course for adults that have never or rarely played tennis. The course will focus on all round tennis technique and culminates in a doubles tournament in the final week.

Intermediate adult group coaching
Coaching courses for adults wishing to improve their tennis technique and doubles tactics; ending with a doubles tournament. The course is designed for players that can rally and have an understanding of tennis rules.

Individual Coaching

We have a certified Lawn Tennis Association level two coach who as a junior played at county, regional and national level. For more information on any course or to book a private tennis lesson please speak to a member of staff at our centre.
