Group Exercise
Tottenham Green hosts a wide range of classes and many new classes will be introduced throughout the summer in our new Active studio. See attached files section below for our group exercise timetable. Club classes are also available.

Group exercise based courses

Adult Holistic courses: Tai chi and Yoga are part of our Holistic run courses for adults (16+). Courses will run subject to minimum enrolment level reached and last for 1 hour in a series of 10 weeks.
Junior Tae Kwon Do 6-15 year olds
Tae Kwon Do is an Olympic event, a South Korean martial art involving contact and non-combat skills. The black belt instructors demand a high level of personal discipline from the students with the emphasis on defence before attack. Lessons are 55 minutes long.
Beginners (6 - 11 year olds)
Improvers (8 - 15 year olds)

Student Oath: I shall observe the tenets of Tae Kwon Do, I shall respect instructors and seniors, I shall never misuse Tae Kwon Do, I will be a champion of freedom and justice, I will build a more peaceful world.
Junior gymnastics (5 - 10 years)
This is an introduction to gymnastic exercise for 5 - 10 year olds. Lessons last 55 minutes long. Using mats and apparatus, children are taught posture, walking, run-ups and basic tumbling (forward and backward rolls).
The syllabus is subject to the age and ability of each class. The instructor will cater for and target classes to individuals within the group structure according to their ability and progress.
Badges and Certificates can be earned and are included in the price of the course.
Junior trampoline (5 - 15 years)
Learn how to trampoline in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere under the guidance of experienced, qualified coaches. Trampolining has a wide range of benefits (e.g. improved co-ordination, stamina and muscle-tone), but most of all it is fun.

- seat drops, back drops
- front drops and combinations
- somersaults (subject to availability)
