SHOKK Gym

Our fabulous SHOKK Gym for young people is now up and running. Working with SHOKK we provide an exciting environment with vivid colours, colour change lighting, entertainment systems and machines specifically designed for 8-16 year olds, giving young people their own gym.

Induction Session

Young people may only use the dedicated suite after first completing a SHOKK intro/ induction session. This is a compulsory session that every new member must attend before using the gym. It covers health and safety, and exercise advice on cardio vascular and resistance training.

Prices

• Introduction session is included in the joining fee (£5 Adv-£10 Adv+)
• Pay & Play (Drop in session) £1.80 Adv or £3.00 Adv+
• Monthly Membership - Direct Debit £1 5 Adv or £21 Adv+
• Annual Membership - Cash £210 Adv (Adv n/a)

Opening Hours

The SHOKK Gym is open Monday - Friday 4:30pm - 8:30pm and weekends at 10am - 2pm.
