Park Road Pools Opening Times

Opening times for the Main and Small pools can be found in the leaflet in the attached files section below, or by phoning Park Road reception on 020 8341 3567. The leaflet includes details of when the pools are available for casual and lane swimming, the swimming club, women only swimming, and when they are being used by schools.

Opening times:

Main Pool and Teaching Pool:

  • Monday to Friday: 7am - 9.30pm
  • Saturday and Sunday: 7.15am - 7.30pm

Gym:

  • Monday to Friday: 7am - 9.30pm
  • Saturday to Monday: 7.15am - 5pm

Lido:

  • Note: The Lido is only open in the months of May to October.

Small pool

A small, warm, sloping-floored pool, ideal for very small children. Equipped with viewing gallery.

Main Pool

This pool measures 25 x 12.5m. Providing areas for lane swimming, lessons and casual use.

Lido pool

Park Road Lido

The outdoor Lido is open from May to September each year, open on weekends 7am - 8pm and we run session times during the holidays.

The Lido features:

  • a large open-air heated pool
  • a children's pool and fountain edged by grass slopes

Please note that tickets are available up to 30 minutes before the closing times.

Park Road Lido

Consists of a large open air pool, children's pool, grassed sunbathing areas and cafeteria.

Diving Pool

The pool measures 11.5 x 10.5m. The diving stage consists of a three metre springboard and two one metre spring boards.
