Health and Fitness Suite

Opening hours:

Monday - Friday: 7am - 9.30pm
Saturday - Sunday: 7.15am - 5pm

Active Dance Studio

An air conditioned studio offering a range of classes. For more information please see the Classes and Courses page.

People with Disabilities

All ground floor and first floor facilities are fully accessible. There is a pool hoist to the main pool and shallow steps available to both small pool and main pool. All the equipment in our newly built active gym is IFI accredited, which means people with disabilities or without can use our facilities.

Swimming Pools

Park Road has a main pool, a small pool, a lido pool and a diving pool. For further details please see the swimming page.

Steam and Sauna

Our newly installed Steam and Sauna is now available on poolside

Spectator Area

A balcony area with fixed seating for 125 people. Good views of the diving, main and small pools.

Therapy Room

Treatments include sports remedial and therapeutic massage, reflexology, polarity and reiki.
