What is the Active Card?

The Active Card is Haringey's Leisure Pass. It lets you enjoy great savings at all of our Leisure Centres.

There are different memberships available to suit your needs. You can choose from:

• The Active Blue Card which will save you money on all swimming sessions, aqua fitness classes, ante/post natal swims, deep water aerobics, steam and sauna rooms and further discount on adult/junior swimming sessions. Plus priority booking of swimming lessons and water based courses and outdoor tennis courts. Monthly or yearly cards are available.
• The Active Gold Card which will save you money on all of the above plus group exercise classes at a choice of four centres, use of the active health and fitness suite, and racquet sports including badminton, squash, tennis and table tennis. Monthly or yearly cards are available.
• Advantage and Advantage +: Both of these options give unlimited access to all individual activities included in the GOLD card options with the exception of use of the gyms at Tottenham Green Leisure Centre and Park Road Leisure Centre after 5pm Monday to Friday, when you will be asked to pay a surcharge of £2. Courses are not included in the Advantage membership.
• The Pay and Play Card which saves you money on all activities without committing to a monthly or annual membership.

If you want to use the gym you must first complete an Active intro. The cost of this varies from £5 to £31.50. When completed you will receive your personal Wellness System electronic key. Please ask about this at reception or visit our concessions and eligibility page.

How do I apply?

Ask at the Leisure Centre’s reception desk for an application form.

If you're under 16, over 60, registered disabled, a full-time student, a Haringey Council employee, or if you're receiving benefits you can pay a lower concessionary fee, but you'll need to bring with you proof of status and address. Please visit our concessions and eligibility page to find out exactly what proof you need.

You can apply at any of the following Leisure Centres:

• Park Road Leisure Centre
• Tottenham Green Leisure Centre

Pay and Play: If you wish to pay as you go, using our pay and play card means you can top up and just pay every time you visit.

Direct Debits: The Gold or Blue Active Card can be paid for by Direct Debit, giving you cash-free access with added value. Once you have completed the application form (available from any of the Leisure Centres) you can start to enjoy our facilities straight away.

If paying by direct debit, you will need to make an initial cash or cheque payment. This is because direct debit payments start at the beginning of every month, so, depending upon the day you join, this amount will vary. Please ask reception staff for details.

Alternatively you can pay the monthly fee by cash or cheque.

Note: cheques must be supported by a current cheque guarantee card and direct debit payments must be for a minimum of three months.

Debit and Credit Cards

We now accept payment via debit and credit cards of the following brands: Eurocard, MasterCard, Visa - delta, Visa - electron, Maestro - switch and solo.

       

Note: Unfortunately we are unable to accept internet or telephone debit and credit card payments.
