History

In 1891, the Hornsey Local Board purchased land from local landowner, Colonel Warner. Further land was later purchased and combined to become Priory Park.

The park contains a fountain, unveiled in 1909 and made from 50 tonnes of Lamorna granite. The fountain is now used as a planter.
