Get Up and Walk

Walking in Haringey Parks and Open Spaces
We are always looking for new ways in which we can contribute to the well-being of Haringey residents and visitors, and to ensure the best opportunity of enjoying a long and healthy life.
Haringey has over 380 hectares of green open space available for us to use and enjoy. This provides a sense of freedom and relief from the built up environment, as well as somewhere to relax, play and exercise.
We have published a leaflet - Get Up and Walk - which provides information on the best known walking opportunities within the borough. To get hold of a copy you can either:
- Download a copy from the attached files section below. Please note the map is very large and may take some time to download on slower Internet connections.
- Pick up a leaflet in your local library, health centre or customer services centre.
- Or we can send you a copy. Just call 020 8489 5873 to request one.
