Nursery Schools
Our Early Excellence Network offers a range of services to families and children under five years of age. These include:
- Nursery Education
- Family outreach support
- A drop-in service for parents, carers and children under three
- Crèche facilities for the children of adults attending courses
- A parents' and carers' toddler group
- Toddler opportunity and parent support group (TOPS)
Other services include:
- Before and after school care
- Holiday play-schemes
- Courses for parents and adults in the community
Early Admission to Nursery
Some places may be available to children for one or two terms before the school year in which they have their fourth birthday. Priority for these places is given to children in greatest need. Please ask at your local school/centre for information.
