Family services for children under five
- High quality early learning for children from six months to four years

Family support and health care
Antenatal and health visitor clinics, and links to other family health services such as breast feeding support.
In our reception area you can find a full range of leaflets covering: childcare search, safety, parenting support, health and employment and training.
‘Drop-In’ for childminders, parents/carers.
Services for young people and the community
- ‘Out of School Club’ for young people aged 4 and a half to 11 every day and in the holidays
- Kung Fu class for young people aged 4 and a half to 20
- Plans are underway for a ‘Youth Club’ for young people aged 11-20 – a space to meet in the evening, to have fun and improve their work and educational skills
- Training courses in play work or childcare at NVQ level.
Nursery Facilities
Facilities are all on one level and include:
Separate large, bright, and airy rooms for babies, toddlers, and pre-school children.
A fully equipped kitchen serving a selection of hot healthy meals, including vegetarian options and special dietary needs.
A Sensory Room, which is a stimulating area for children allowing them to touch, feel, see, smell and taste.
A large attractive purpose built outdoor play area, with built in sand pit, and climbing equipment.

- problem solving, reasoning and numeracy development
- knowledge and understanding of the world
