Coleridge School Expansion

The expansion of Coleridge Primary School, Crouch End Hill, is now supporting an increase in pupil numbers in the local area. This building project is now complete.
The design for the transformation of Coleridge Primary School was commissioned way back in 2006/7. A complex expansion project was then carried out in three phases. Phases 1 and 2 were completed in 2008 and support the nursery, and additional cohorts in reception, Year 1 and Year 2.
The final phase of construction (Phase 3) was completed in 2011 and now provides extra classrooms for Key Stage 2 pupils.
Phase 3 construction
The final phase of construction saw the adaptation and extension of existing school. Work for this important part of the project included:
- Two new classrooms
- Two new resource rooms
- New and refurbished toilet facilities
- Refurbishment and adaptions of two existing classrooms for use by Key Stage 2 pupils
- A new art room
- Extension to the staff room
- Adaptations to the staff car park to increase parking provision |
