Building Schools for the Future (BSF) at St Thomas More school
This £8m project was completed in Winter 2010. Today students and staff are now enjoying the new facilities creates as part of the Building Schools for the Future programme.

Making a real difference
The new facilities at St Thomas More School are enabling new ways of teaching and learning. The main features of this exciting project include:
- new two-storey accommodation for drama, media, music and ICT / business
- a new public entrance
- an extension to the library
- new ICT (computers and interactive whiteboards)
- new cabling and servers to support the ICT

Making it Happen
This scheme was granted planning permission in June 2009
The project went on site in June 2009
The Architects for the school were ABK Architects
The Contractors were Breyer Group. Find out more in Meet the Contractors
