BSF and BREEAM
Most of our projects are aiming to achieve an independent environmental rating (BREEAM) of 'Excellent' or 'Very Good'. BREEAM assesses environmental and sustainability credentials of buildings for construction partners, planners and clients. Their assessments are independent and maintains standards with rigorous quality assurance and certification.

The programme at Fortismere School aims to achieve a BREEAM rating of 'Very Good'.
The Basic Building cost is £2,879/m2 of which Service Costs are £738/m2. The External Works are estimated to be £73/m2.
The Gross Floor Area is 946m2.
