You might have worries or concerns about what happens in schools, perhaps about the content of lessons or your child's progress in certain subjects.

Complaints about childrens social care are dealt with in accordance with procedures which are governed by law. A leaflet entitled "I want to be heard" is available from the attached files section below.
We also have a formal procedure for dealing with complaints about the actions of the children and young people’s service itself.
