Pupils’ artwork gives splash of colour to Wood Green

New mural unveiled in Lymington Avenue

Primary school pupils have helped to design a new mural that is helping to brighten up a Wood Green road.

The pupils from Noel Park Primary, together with Cabinet Member for Regeneration and Enterprise, Cllr Kaushika Amin, saw the new mural unveiled in Lymington Avenue, N22, on Friday 9 May.

Nominate your Young Haringey Heroes

A new event to celebrate the exceptional achievements of young people in Haringey is to be held later in the summer.

Young Haringey Heroes will feature 11 categories to reflect the wide range of achievements by young people in the borough.

There will be two age categories: junior awards for young people aged 12 and under and senior awards for those aged 13 and over.
