Annakay and Patrice

Dates of birth: Annakay 9/5/99 and Patrice 11/4/97

Annakay and Patrice are siblings of African Caribbean ethnicity. They have always lived together and are close to each other. They are rewarding children to care for and need to be placed together in a loving family.

Annakay is a very active and engaging little girl. She is sociable and can express herself freely. She is inquisitive and talks about various things and asks questions to learn more about things she does not know.

Annakay is artistic and likes bead art, singing and dancing. She also attends Brownies, karate and goes swimming. She also likes playing football. Annakay responds well to praise and positive attention and clear boundaries. She likes to keep her hair plaited.

Patrice has been described by her carers as a bright, outgoing, and humorous little girl. Patrice is also very active and likes dancing, bead art, swimming and karate. Patrice makes friends easily. She is fond of her younger sister and likes playing with her. She responds well to clear boundaries.

The children like playing together doing puzzles and watching telly. They have recently taken a liking to ice skating. On the whole the children enjoy a good sibling relationship.

Both Annakay and Patrice enjoy a warm relationship with their carers. They need long term foster carers who are able to give them nurturing and attention.

Due to their early life experiences both girls will benefit from therapy to address their emotional needs.

Family required: A two parent family who can meet children’s ethnic, emotional and all other developmental needs. A family that is loving and able to provide a home for both children together and be the youngest.

Legal Status: Placement Order – Long Term Fostering
