Starting Primary School in 2013 - Apply Now

If you live in Haringey and your child was born between 1 September 2008 and 31 August 2009 you will need to apply for a reception place at infant or primary school for September 2013.

If you live outside Haringey you can still apply for schools in Haringey but you must list them on the form of your own local authority.

Please note: if your child is at nursery, they will not automatically continue into the reception year at the school where they attend nursery class - you must apply for a reception place.

Haringey residents should follow the steps below to apply for a reception place.

We strongly recommend that you apply online for a school place (external website). You can access the internet for free at any Haringey library and you can change your application at any point up until the closing date.

You can download the Primary School Admissions booklet from the attached files section below.

Paper copies of the primary admissions booklet and the application form will soon be available to pick up from all primary schools, children's centres and customer service centres. Reference copies are held in all libraries.
