Breathing Space
What is Breathing Space?
Breathing Space provides short breaks for families with Children with Disabilities.
Our pool of CRB checked sessional workers work in partnership with you to ensure that the best service is offered to your child. Regular training and support is provided to ensure that all our workers have the necessary skills to work with children with disabilities.
The worker will either take the child out within the community or the short break can be provided within the family home.
We aim to offer an enjoyable and safe service for the child.
Breathing Space also offers:
- A short notice service to existing families and sessional workers providing support to parents as necessary
- Local drop in sessions once a month
