Current Procurement Opportunities

Any current Procurement Opportunities can be found below in the attached files section.

Haringey Council also maintains a 'Trade Local' database of businesses based in Haringey that are willing to supply goods or services to the public sector. These businesses will be kept informed of future contracts or approved lists offered by Haringey Council. To have your company listed in this database please fill in the application form on the Support to Business page.

Council officers are requested to email details of their procurement opportunities to the Corporate Procurement Unit. Email corporate.procurement@haringey.gov.uk so that they can be posted on this page.

Electronic Tendering System

Haringey Council uses a Web-based Electronic Tendering (e-Tendering) System. This system enables Haringey and our suppliers to carry out the tender process online, reducing cost and improving efficiency. The release of tender documents and receipt of responses will be completed electronically, creating savings for both Haringey and our suppliers.

The electronic system will complement the existing paper tender process. Suppliers that are not currently e-enabled will not be disadvantaged and will still be invited to submit paper tenders where appropriate.

What are the benefits for suppliers?

  • You can see all Haringey’s tender opportunities
  • You can track your bid history online
  • Faster receipt and submission of quotes and tenders
  • Reduces postage, paper handling and courier costs
  • Improves the security of bid submissions – they won’t get lost in the post.

A supplier registration form and a vendor pack (user guide) for the e-Tendering system are in the attached files section below.
