Online Payments FAQs

Which services can I pay for?

The services that you can pay for appear in a drop-down list. The list will expand as other services are added. The current list of services is as follows:

  • Council Tax
  • Business Rates (Non Domestic Rates)
  • Housing Rent
  • Haringey Council Invoices (including Leasehold Service Charges)
  • Haringey Council Reminders and Final Demands
  • Overpayment of Housing Benefit
  • Commercial Rent

Please note that you may pay for more than 1 service at a time; after you have added your first payment to the Payment Basket, you can go back and enter the details of any of the other services, and the payment will cover those amounts as well.

When I tried to enter my Account reference, it was rejected. Why?
