Local Housing Allowance (LHA) Rates
This page shows the Local Housing Allowance rates for Haringey. There are two Broad Rental Market Areas (BRMA's) within Haringey. The LHA rate that will apply to you will depend on which BRMA you live in. The two BRMA's within Haringey are Outer North London and Inner North London.
The tables below show the weekly LHA rates for both BRMA's. The amount in brackets is the monthly rate. These figures have been provided by the Valuation Office Agency.
We have provided a map that outlines the BRMA's within Haringey. To view a map of Haringey with the two BRMA's clearly marked, please open the poster in the attached files section below.
The area of the map shaded in purple is the 'Inner North London' BRMA. The rest of the map, shaded in orange is the 'Outer North London' BRMA. If you cannot work out which BRMA you live in by looking at our map, visit the Valuation Office Agency website which will allow you to enter your postcode and see which BRMA you are in (you can find the link to the Valuation Office Agency website in the external links section below).
From 1 April 2013 LHA rates are set annually and will not change until the following April.
