For the second year running, this website has been ranked in the top five per cent of all council websites in the UK.

This website earned a four-star rating, the highest available, from independent watchdog - the Society of IT Management (SOCITM) in its 2013 review of all council websites, and was highlighted in the report as a ‘reviewers favourite’ (one of only 8 websites to do so) – an example of best practice for others to follow in terms of usability, layout and ease of access.
The site also achieved the top ranking for mobile usability - meaning that content is easily accessible by people using a range of mobile devices including smartphones and tablet PCs.
In its overall summary of Haringey’s website, the SOCITM reviewer said:
"Overall, the site has a wide range of information about services and easy access to carrying out tasks, presented using a structure and style which makes it very easy to use. This site really works – not just a show pony!"
